Build a production-ready AI Customer Support Agent from scratch in 5 practical days. You will start with State Management, then build Multi-Agent Orchestration and Tool Calling. You will add RAG and Evaluation, deploy the agent through FastAPI, and finish with Observability and Guardrails. Each day combines a technical concept, hands-on implementation, and an assignment. By the end of the challenge, you will have built an end-to-end Customer Support Agent with memory, tools, document retrieval, API deployment, monitoring, and protection.
